Brief description
Our Specialist Fleet Services (SFS) are looking for an experienced account professional to join their accounts team. The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years+ experience in all aspects of the accounts role as this is a varied fulfilling role.
Purpose of the role
The role will be the primary point of contact for purchase ledger and credit control for CTS (part of SFS). You will have responsible for the entire end to end process.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Matching, batching and coding of a high volume and value of invoices
2. Ensure supplier statement reconciliations are being performed and ensure integrity of profit and loss balances
3. Resolving all invoice / order queries within a tight time frame
4. Responsible for invoicing and collection of all CTS revenue
5. Resolving all invoice / order queries for customers within a tight time frame
6. Daily cashbook
7. Assisting with month end accounting
8. Preparation of payments
9. Other general duties and requested
About You
Skills
Essential Skills
10. Proven purchase ledger experience
11. Proven credit control experience
12. Confident with excel to intermediate level
13. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
14. Well organised and dependable
15. Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
16. Presentable and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
Desirable Skills
17. Ability to work as part of a team but also on their own initiative
18. Good knowledge of double entry book keeping
19. Experience of windows based accounting packages, preferably Access Dimensions

Working hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch).
