About the role
Our client is looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Transport Administrator to join their team in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. This is a mixed role, splitting time between warehouse duties in the morning and office-based admin work in the afternoon.
This role would suit someone practical, organised, and happy to combine physical work with basic administration.
Morning duties – Warehouse-based
1. Manual handling and heavy lifting
2. Locating and sorting parcels
3. Moving cages within the warehouse
4. General warehouse support duties
5. Keeping the work area clean and safe
Afternoon duties – Office-based
6. Keying delivery and transport information into the system
7. Handling basic driver queries
8. Supporting the transport team with admin tasks
9. Updating records and paperwork
10. General office support as required
Skills & experience
11. Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
12. Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
13. Good attention to detail
14. Reliable and punctual
15. Good communication skills
16. Previous warehouse or admin experience beneficial but not essential
