Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinate and manage case files across all litigation phases.
* Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.
* Draft and review complaints, discovery, motions, and legal filings.
* Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
* E-file documents in state and federal courts.
* Maintain and manage case calendars, deadlines, and schedules.
* Summarize and categorize information from clients and opposing counsel.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Be able to do the job as described.
* Paralegal certification preferred.
* Experience with court e-filing systems across jurisdictions.
* Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
* Advanced proficiency in legal documentation and discovery protocols.
* High-level skill in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
