The Role
1. Take responsibility for your own caseload of private client matters, covering wills, probate, LPAs, and trust and tax work.
2. Deliver clear and effective advice to a wide range of clients including families, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
3. Draft, negotiate and review a variety of legal documents including wills, deeds and trust arrangements.
4. Work alongside 2 Partners in the Derby office, collaborating on complex matters while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.
