We are currently seeking a poised and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As a Senior Receptionist,you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dining experience,managing reservations,and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for hospitality,strong leadership skills,and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience,we invite you to be a key player at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house,ensuring high service standards.
* Manage and coordinate reservations,optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
* Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
* Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff,providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
* Ensure adherence to company policies,procedures,and quality standards.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Maitre D',Senior Receptionist,or Receptionist in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
