Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our sales team.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, generating opportunities, and building a long-term career in sales within the telecoms industry.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective business customers, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our field and sales consultants.</p><p>You will play a key role in driving new business growth while benefiting from a highly rewarding commission structure and clear career progression opportunities.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.</li><li>Introduce and promote our telecommunications solutions.</li><li>Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities.</li><li>Book appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.</li><li>Build and nurture a pipeline of prospects.</li><li>Achieve and exceed appointment-setting and activity targets.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion rates.</li><li>Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.</li></ul><h3>Essential Experience</h3><ul><li>Previous telesales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.</li><li>Self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills.</li><li>Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.</li></ul><h3>Desirable Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience within telecommunications, IT, mobile, broadband, or technology sales.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems.</li><li>Experience working within a B2B environment.</li></ul><h3>Salary & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.</li><li>Uncapped Commission Structure.</li><li>£300 commission for every appointment that converts into a completed deal.</li><li>Additional £500 monthly bonus when 5 or more deals are achieved from your appointments in a calendar month.</li><li>Realistic and achievable earning potential well above basic salary.</li><li>Ongoing training and development.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Company incentives and recognition programmes.</li></ul><p>If you think this role is for you, please send your CV or give Michael Hodson a call.</p></div>
