Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent destination venue for an exciting new opening in the Bakewell area. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee two bars and help deliver a distinctive cocktail experience in the Peak District.

Your role:
8. Oversee the day-to-day bar operations across two outlets
9. Collaborate with the senior management team
10. Manage stock control and ordering processes
11. Support team training and development
12. Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience
What we’re looking for:

14. Experience preparing cocktails
15. Experience working in a quality-focused hospitality environment
16. Ability to organise, prioritise, and work collaboratively
