Our client law firm based in Potters Bar is seeking a talented Junior Litigator (5 years PQE+) to join their expanding team.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
* Residential possession proceedings
* General contract disputes and claims
* Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules across both the County Court and the High Court
* Experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants
* Contentious probate matters and Inheritance Act claims
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
* Commercial and residential property matters, including leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
* 1954 Act claims for both landlord and tenant
* Adverse possession cases and actions involving squatters
Essential Skills:
* Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
* Confident in handling a varied and active caseload
* Strong time-management skills and ability to work to deadlines
* Able to manage and communicate clearly with clients
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
* Keen to contribute to business development and team growth
