As General Manager, you’ll be the beating heart of our London location. The captain of the crew — inspiring, motivating, and building an environment where your team thrives
• The guardian of excellence — ensuring impeccable quality, smooth service, and next-level hospitality
• Holding final responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant
• Coaching and developing your team like a true mentor
• Managing quality control, processes, and team dynamics
• Handling orders, cost control, and performance metrics
• Jumping in wherever needed — from the kitchen to the floor
• Experience in a fast-casual or premium quick-service restaurant in a leadership role
• Strong sense of operational, financial, and team management
• Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
• English fluency required (bonus points for other languages!)
• A hands-on, no-ego attitude and love for good vibes and good food
