About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager with one dedicated office day per week
• Lead care practice through two sleep-in shifts weekly (GBP67 per sleep)
• Play a key role in maintaining therapeutic consistency and quality
• Be a trusted presence for staff and young people alike
• Contribute to development planning as the organisation grows

About You:
