Your New Company: We are working with a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are searching for a contracts specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast. Our client is the market leader in Integrated Law, combining Traditional Law, New Law, and in-house legal expertise to deliver complex legal work at scale. They collaborate with corporate legal departments to address the increasing demands and complexities of transactional legal work. Their approach combines specialist expertise, AI-powered solutions, and business process knowledge to improve performance and outcomes. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies such as global banks, pharmaceutical companies, and large technology firms, with a team of over 300 lawyers, legal specialists, technologists, and process consultants across Europe and North America.
Your New Role: As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support client businesses by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the clients' contracts management and in-house legal teams. If you are a team player, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and bring a result-driven, focused, high-energy, confident, curious, and fun personality, then this is the place for you.
Responsibilities include:
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with clients' in-house legal teams on matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer issues.
* Managing active caseloads and adhering to delivery processes.
* Updating and managing data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for the team.
* Contributing to service improvements and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed: Essential criteria include:
* A Law Degree and/or legal qualification.
* Eligibility to work legally in the country.
* Minimum 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Desirable criteria include experience with telecommunications, financial services, or professional services firms, and in-house legal experience.
