About the Role As Clinical Nurse Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in leading the clinical team and maintaining high standards of care. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team of nursing and care staff Ensuring residents' medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory standards Supporting and supervising staff with care planning and risk assessments Promoting best practice and high standards across the service About You NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - essential.
