Johnson Service Group, a nationally award-winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Logistics & Returns Coordinator for our Medical Device Clients Commercial team in Stafford Texas.
6-month contract | Onsite | The pay range for this position is between $25.00 – 27.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
Summary:
This role will serve as a critical liaison between Field Technicians and the Logistics team, ensuring smooth processing of product returns, accurate documentation, and efficient inventory reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Return log of all STOs and RMAs and update weekly with Logistics teams to insure proper processing.
2. Resolve transaction errors within SAP and CRM as it relates to proper inventory management.
3. Assist with preliminary and reconciliation of Field Based storage locations and their Audits monthly.
4. Support invoicing activities related to service Field Work Orders
5. Support processing of products in transit to or from warehouse in SAP and CRM
6. Work with Field techs to obtain shipping information.
7. Systematically receiving products on behalf of field technicians
8. Open all Preventive Maintenance FWOs
9. Close Zero-dollar Billing FWOs
10. Act as a backup, or in support of Service Coordinator in times of high demand, vacations, sick days, and other PTO
11. Support Service Operations team members with ad hoc projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
12. 3-5 years' experience in a Service-related business that uses some form of CRM (SalesForce, Service Max, or other Field Service Based CRM).
13. Must have SAP knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
14. Previous success in working in a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities.
15. Understanding of field-based business process (previous roles of Service Coordinator or Project Coordinator)
16. Comfortable with interactions online, via phone and in person and effective communications both written and verbal
17. Advanced and Recent knowledge of:
18. SAP logistics, purchasing, inventory management, invoicing modules.
19. CRM (SalesForce, Service Max or other Field Service Based CRM)
20. Microsoft Portfolio of products: Outlook, Teams, Excel (especially important), Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
21. Accessing and navigation of web-based reports such as those based in Fiori, BI, Hanna
Education: 2 yr Associate or above preferred
