With a reputation for innovation and manufacturing excellence, they are now looking to recruit an experienced HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their high-performing team at their site in North Ayrshire during this exciting and high-growth phase. The role is initially expected to last around months, with a strong possibility of extension The Role This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while also contributing to wider HR initiatives. The role is split 50/50, with a strong focus on attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent, alongside supporting employee engagement and general HR operations. You’ll be the go-to person for recruitment — managing vacancies from start to finish, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in embedding new employees into the business and contributing to a positive, people-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle — from job scoping and advertising to interviewing and offer management Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies to proactively meet hiring needs and secure the best talent Work closely with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and build tailored attraction strategies Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth and engaging introduction to the business Coordinate and deliver employee engagement activities in collaboration with the wider HR team Provide first-line HR advice and guidance on policies, systems, and procedures Assist with maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance and reporting requirements Contribute to broader HR projects as required, supporting a proactive and responsive HR service About You Proven experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, manufacturing, or life sciences environment A solid understanding of onboarding and employee engagement best practices A strong communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships with managers and candidates alike Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Previous experience in a generalist HR setting is desirable CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be an advantage What’s On Offer Competitive salary benefits The chance to take real ownership of recruitment while developing broader HR experience A supportive and forward-thinking working environment within a global organisation The opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a key period of growth and change Please reach out to me today on or for a confidential chat.
