Our client is a £200m, multi divisional Main Contractor, making giant strides in the Industrial & Logistics sector. Headquartered in Central London, we are looking for the Design Manager for a £15 distribution centre project in Leatherhead.
Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design Coordination
2. Design Development
3. Chairing Design Team meetings
4. Troubleshooting any design issues that may arise
5. High level reporting upline
Design Manager Experience Required:
1. Minimum 3 years No.1 Design Manager experience
2. Leading Main Contractor / Major Project experience
3. Major Structural Steel project experience
4. Degree educated or similar
5. Good BIM / tech skills
