Bourne Full Time Up to £28,500 DOE per annum
Our Bourne branch is currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Technician to join their team.

The Bourne branch offers a quality Fast Fit Service to our customers, including tyre fitting (car, van & 4×4), alignments, batteries, exhausts, etc. As part of a small team, your role will be integral to providing a high level of customer service.
Role Purpose:
* Carry out tyre and fast fit work, including tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs, wheel alignment checks and adjustments, batteries, and brakes.
* Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
* Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”.
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Deliver work to the highest standard to meet our customer service standards.
* Self-educate on tyre technical information with internal and relevant external training courses.
* Complete all relevant administration paperwork accurately.
* Contribute to good housekeeping routines.
This role is 42 hours per week, and salary is dependent on experience.

* Bourne PE10 9LA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* Tyre fitting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
