The Role
This is a strategic relationship role where you will combine business development expertise with a deep understanding of transactional banking, deposits and liquidity solutions.
In this role you will
* Develop and implement strategies to attract stable, low-cost deposits.
* Drive acquisition of Business Current Accounts and Business Savings Accounts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand cash management needs.
* Identify new business opportunities across sectors, focusing on liquidity and deposit growth.Collaborate with internal teams to align deposit‑gathering activities with wider business objectives.
* Monitor KPIs and market trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
* Represent Cynergy Bank at industry events and networking opportunities.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in business development and cash deposits.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of deposit products and cash management solutions.
* Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
