Senior HR & Change Business Partner We are exclusively partnering with an industry leading and extremely well-known brand on the lookout for an experienced Senior HR & Change Business Partner to cover Essex and the South East of England. The Senior HR & Change Business Partner will undertake a pivotal role in driving the people agenda across a designated region. Acting as a strategic partner and coach to the leadership team, this role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. As a Strategic Business Partner this position will pro-actively set the people agenda and hold stakeholders to account for the effective delivery of agreed plans. In addition, the role will provide leadership and direction to a regional HR team, including an HR Manager and HR Advisor(s), ensuring effective delivery of HR services and transformation initiatives. As a member of the People Leadership Team (PLT), the Senior HRBP will contribute in shaping and delivering the overall HR strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and inclusion.
