Framework Housing Association is looking for a Voids Maintenance Operative to help turn empty properties into safe, clean, and welcoming homes ready for new tenants. What youll be doing
* Carrying out maintenance works on void (empty) properties
* Getting homes up to let-ready standard quickly and safely
* Completing a range of repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, decorating and general snagging
* Working from void inspection lists and schedules
* Flagging any bigger issues that need specialist attention
* Making sure all work meets quality, safety and compliance standards
* Keeping job updates clear and accurate
* Youll mostly be working in empty homes, so you can focus on getting the job done right.
