Responsibilities
* Develop skills in customer service by delivering exceptional experiences, confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
* Develop skills in sales and marketing by connecting with local business partners, growing your network, and developing lasting relationships.
* Develop skills in financial control and profitability by understanding the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Develop skills in operations and logistics by learning how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Develop leadership and developmental skills by mentoring, training, and developing your own team, and potentially managing and promoting others as you grow.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Regardless of your socio-economic background, university attended, subject studied, or degree attained, we will always look at how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
