The Role
Scrubbing for ophthalmic procedures
Supporting consultants during surgery
Preparing theatre equipment and clinical areas
Assisting with patient admission and discharge
Maintaining safe clinical practice and documentation
Youll work 37.5 hours per week across 4 days (7:30am5:30pm) within a local Dorchester site cluster.
Whats on offer? Starting salary up to £41,875 per annum - open to negotiation
4 day working week
Bonus schemes paid twice per year - up to 10% of annual salary
Specialist ophthalmic training

Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP with valid registration (NMC or HCPC)
Previous theatre / scrub experience
