Main duties of the job
As a GOC-registered Optometrist, you will work within our full range of ophthalmology services, running your own clinics and supporting our central surgical and outpatient hub in Rochdale. You will contribute to the effective operation of all our consultant-led clinical activities.
This is an exciting role for an Optometrist eager to develop and take on additional clinical duties, utilizing your existing experience to manage a variety of conditions.
This role requires some travel across our North West regional mobile units. However, there is flexibility with working hours and shift patterns. We welcome those seeking an improved work-life balance. The position is mainly based in Rochdale, with potential clinics in Preston and other Greater Manchester sites, including Tameside and Bury.
About us
We are seeking optometrists with hospital experience to join our team. Glaucoma qualifications would be advantageous.
