Are you passionate about travel, sales, and delivering world-class customer service? Join our dynamic in-house tour operator team as a Worldwide Sales Consultant. We are a leading B2B Tour Operator, handling inbound calls from across Hays Travel & beyond.
About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll specialise in creating tailor-made holiday packages for our trade partners. You’ll be responsible for crafting and selling bespoke, authentic travel arrangements that include:
1. Flights
2. Hotels
3. Transfers
4. Rail
5. Attractions & more
This is a business-to-business (B2B) role where your ability to build relationships and offer exceptional service to our valued travel partners will be key to your success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
6. Selling package holidays to travel agents
7. Answering incoming calls in a timely manner & to a high standard
8. Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into bookings
9. Creating bespoke holiday itineraries based on client needs
10. Providing outstanding customer service and support
11. Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
12. Attending relevant training to improve knowledge & skills

13. Confident, passionate, and motivated individuals
14. Minimum 1 year Travel experience
15. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
