Job Summary
Healthcare Assistant - Full time, part time & Bank positions available.
You will be providing personal care to our residents through a variety of tasks. Your care will make a real difference to their lives and we are looking for individuals who have the ability, skills and passion to assist our residents and take pride in their work.

Duties
* Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to foster a supportive environment.
* Uphold health and safety standards while providing compassionate care in a nursing home setting.
* Participate in training and development to enhance skills in health and social care.
Requirements
* You will need the following skills and qualities:
· Have a strong interest in working in elderly care services and a desire to make a difference
· Be enthusiastic, caring, friendly and compassionate
· Be reliable and have a flexible approach to your working pattern
Our home provides care on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we need reliable and flexible staff working within our service.
Your shifts may be subject to change, and you may be required to work alternative shift patterns dependant on operational requirements.
Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social care desirable but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
