Manager - Instructional Design & LMS, INGSF L&D
The learning team focuses on building a better onboarding experience for Associates & Delivery Partners, providing continuous knowledge and skills development to enhance productivity. We also focus on capacity and capability building across India operations through targeted learning interventions. This role is ideal for an Instructional Design expert with at least 9 years of relevant experience and strong LMS management skills. The candidate should be a self-starter, aspirational, and committed to raising standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Discover and Innovate:
o Partner with Learning Managers to identify learning needs and content requirements.
o Develop storyboards, course plans, and curricula for Associates, Pickers, Delivery Partners, TLs, SSAs, including interactive courses and assessments.
2. Dive Deep:
o Analyze gaps and redesign existing content into interactive learning resources.
o Evaluate performance data and KPIs to ensure content meets learning objectives and iteratively improve post-launch.
3. Design and Develop:
o Set instructional goals and design course plans accordingly.
o Create engaging, performance-focused training content across various modalities.
o Support the establishment of learning communities for Associates and Delivery Partners.
o Develop storyboards and design courses on functional and behavioral skills for India operations employees.
o Coordinate with stakeholders and update content regularly on the India operations website.
4. Insist on Highest Standards:
o Gather feedback, analyze assessment scores, and drive content improvements.
o Automate courses within LMS functionalities and monitor adoption rates.
5. Maintain Documentation: Keep project documentation, course folders, and KPI trackers up to date.
6. LMS Management:
o Manage LMS programs and deliver engaging campaigns to promote continuous learning.
o Enhance LMS platform features to improve learner experience and meet organizational expectations.
Basic Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
* Certification in Instructional Design, Content Authoring Tools, and Photoshop.
* At least 9 years of instructional design experience in E-commerce, Retail, or SCM industries.
* Experience managing LMS and driving adoption campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
* Over 10 years of instructional design experience in E-commerce, Retail, or SCM industries.
* Prior experience managing LMS platforms and implementing adoption strategies.
