Order Fulfilment Operative in Kitting Jobs in Andover at Stannah – Join Our Team!
Stannah have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfilment Operative to join the Kitting Department based at Stephenson Close.
This role will involve manufacturing sub-assemblies and assemblies, picking and checking components, and working to daily production targets to ensure efficient output in line with business requirements. You will be part of a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, working across dedicated kitting cells and contributing to the smooth flow of operations.
As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 13:00 This is a permanent contract.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Experience using tools, working to targets, or assembling products would be desirable.
Order Fulfilment Operative Responsibilities:
* Assemble kits and sub-assemblies in line with Standard Operating Procedures
* Pick components and complete accurate kit checks
* Work to daily targets and maintain production flow
* Use tools and systems, including barcode labelling
* Maintain quality standards, reporting issues and supporting improvements

Qualifications
Order Fulfilment Operative Requirements:
* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good understanding of health and safety practices
* Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
* Reliable, flexible, and able to use own initiative
