Revenue Growth Management Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading FMCG business to recruit a Revenue Growth Management Manager. This is a permanent role based in Oxfordshire, UK.
The Revenue Growth Management Manager will lead the RGM division within the Market Strategy & Planning function, taking ownership of the medium-term RGM strategy, embedding it across the business, and ensuring the optimal use of commercial levers to drive value creation. Working closely with the C-Suite, commercial teams, and external partners, the successful candidate will deliver strategies that optimise pricing, promotions, and trade terms, while identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver a medium-term (3-year) RGM strategy, including pricing, promotion guidelines, and other value optimisation levers.
* Embed RGM principles across all business functions, supported by tools, analytics, and regular review processes.
* Develop, evaluate, and optimise promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using internal and external data.
* Conduct promotion audits to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate on NPD pricing and promotion strategies, incorporating competitive benchmarking.
* Lead the end-to-end pricing process, ensuring harmonisation and building pricing elasticity models.
* Implement tools to support the commercial cycle, including customer segmentation and promotional analysis.
* Drive conditionality in trade terms and ensure execution and compliance.
* Maintain and enhance PRGM tools, developing new capabilities as business needs evolve.
* Translate data into compelling insights that influence commercial decision-making.
* Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, and Operations.
* Build effective relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years’ FMCG industry experience, ideally in Finance, Sales, or Category roles.
* Strong expertise in RGM levers, including mix management, pricing, promotions, and trade terms optimisation.
* Proficiency in Gross to Net/TTC frameworks and ROI-led trade promotion management.
* Proven ability to build financial models and conduct advanced data analytics.
* Experience with consumer data sources such as Kantar, Circana, Nielsen.
* Technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Collaborative leadership style with a track record of cross-functional delivery.
