About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead the team and ensure guests experience the best possible service at Everyman Salisbury.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the smooth running of the venue, ensuring guests receive an outstanding experience.
* Deputise for the General Manager when required.
* Deliver training to new Team Members.
* Delegate responsibilities with the management team, including Team Member recruitment, social media marketing, film scheduling, stock taking, and other duties.
Required Qualifications
* Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to lead teams.
* Strong personality and confidence to influence others.
* Love for food, drink, customer service and people.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and self‑drive.
* Previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant General Manager in customer‑service‑focused hospitality.
