Permanent 45 hours, 5x 9-hour shifts per week between 8am and 8pm no late nights or split shifts - will include some weekends
Richmond Village in Witney is looking to appoint a new Chef De Partie. The role of the Chef De Partie in this luxury retirement village is a unique blend of culinary skill and lifestyle balance. With no late nights, you will enjoy an harmonious work-life rhythm, while showcasing your talents across a variety of dining settings, from the intimate care home to the bustling restaurant and cafe. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives through the universal language of delicious food, all within the comfort of a refined and serene environment.
Catering to residents across the Village which comprises of the care home, catering for serviced suites, villagers who have booked a meal in the Restaurant/Spa or for meals to be taken across to their apartments or for other specific events
Prepare and cook food in accordance with food hygiene regulations
Ensuring that all food is used within the prescribed period, with particular attention paid to perishable (high risk) goods
Helping to maintain a clean and hygienic working area.
Passionate about food, you'll have experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally catering for customers with special dietary requirements and an understanding of health and safety procedures.
