Salary: £60,992- £67,310 per annum depending on experience
Hours per week: 37
Weeks per annum: 52
Working pattern: M7.5, T7.5, W7.5, T7.5, F7
Location: Abingdon Campus
Contract type: Permanent
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage the English and Maths curriculum across Abingdon and Witney campuses.
* Champion innovative teaching and learning strategies that raise achievement and engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-college teams to embed English and Maths into vocational pathways.
* Use data-driven insights to shape curriculum development and improve learner outcomes.
* Inspire and develop a high-performing team of lecturers and support staff.
