The Service Administrator plays an integral role within the company. You will act as a central point of contact for in-house engineers, coordinating work schedules, managing customer relationships, and supporting daily operational activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative, service coordination, or helpdesk role and be comfortable working within a busy setting. You will possess strong organisational and coordination skills, alongside excellent IT proficiency, which will be essential for success in this position.
The salary for this role is £29,000-£31,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday and provides on-site parking.
