An ambitious, fast-scaling growth marketing agency is hiring an Associate Creative Director to help define and lead its creative output at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is a step-up role with a clear path to Creative Director. You’ll set the standard for the work, shape the ideas, and play a central role in building a creative offering that sits at the intersection of brand and performance.
The Role
You’ll act as the creative lead across key accounts and campaigns—owning everything from concept to execution.
* Lead concepting for major campaigns and pitches
* Develop ideas that work across paid, social, digital, video, OOH and beyond
* Partner closely with strategists to turn insight into strong creative territories
* Review and elevate work across copy, design, motion and production
* Get hands-on when needed—this isn’t a purely directional role
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how the agency defines great creative as it continues to scale.
Creative Leadership
* Set the bar for creative quality across all output
* Push ideas further—knowing when to refine vs rethink entirely
* Build a strong feedback culture that improves work quickly and directly
* Represent the agency’s creative POV in pitches and client conversations
People & Team
* Mentor and develop creatives across disciplines
* Lead reviews, critiques and development sessions
* Support hiring and help shape the future creative team
Client & Commercial Impact
* Present work confidently to senior stakeholders (Marketing Director / CMO level)
* Play a key role in new business—leading creative in pitches
* Partner with account leads to grow client relationships through stronger work
What They’re Looking For
* 5+ years in creative roles within integrated, digital or social agencies
* A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking across channels
* Experience working across both brand and performance-led creative
* A natural leader who elevates the work and the people around them
* Confident presenter, comfortable selling ideas in the room
* Culturally aware—understands what cuts through today and why
* Willing to stay hands-on when it matters
Nice to Have
* Experience in performance / direct response creative
* Exposure to AI tools in creative production
* Experience building brand systems, not just campaigns
* Awards or industry recognition
