Commercial Tyre Fitter Location: Coleraine Job Type:Full time, permanent. In-person. Understanding of tyre types, load ratings, pressure specs, and legal tread requirements. A valid driver's licence. Punctual, dependable, passionate and flexible. Able to lift heavy tyres and work outdoors in all conditions. Flexible with working patterns Desirable Criteria: Mobile or roadside tyre replacement/repair experience, including commercial vehicles. Description: Duties includes: Check, remove, replace and repair worn and damaged or defective on cars, vans and commercial vehicles Repair punctures and ensure correct air pressures and levels in tyres Carry out balance and wheel alignment and tracking adjustment Perform basic data inputting Travel to and assist with breakdowns within 50 minutes of first contact Loading and unloading tyres, deliveries and equipment Exceed customer care standards, service and satisfaction through excellent quality of work, advice and customer interaction Advise customers about keeping tyres in good condition Communicate effectively with the Centre Manager and team Achieve job expectations and adhere to Company processes, policies and procedures to ensure productivity standards are met Identify any issues with equipment and vehicles and report to the Centre Manager at the earliest opportunity Undertake any other reasonable duties as shall from time to time be required by the Company, Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the competency of the role and post holder We are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
