Your new role
1. Proactively manageplex diaries for three Directors, including scheduling, prioritising and resolving conflicts for meetings such as Board, Leadership, Health & Safety and regulatory forums.
2. Monitor and manage email inboxes, filtering, responding and escalating as appropriate, especially during periods of absence or annual leave.
3. Arrange, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions for a wide range of meetings, including Leadership Meetings, Steering Groups, TU Forums and operational reviews.
4. Draft, format and issue correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of Directors, including regulatory submissions, customerplaint responses and Board papers.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Proven experience supporting senior leaders, working in a PA or EA role.
6. Proven ability to handle highly sensitive regulatory and customer information with discretion and confidentiality, ensuringpliance with data protection standards and organisational policies.
7. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems (, procurement,pliance and incident management platforms).
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, particularly during operational incidents or regulatory deadlines.
9. Must pass Basic DBS check
