Base Salary: Up to £130,000 + Commission + Benefits
We’re looking for a Sales Director who knows the buyside — not just the jargon. Someone who can sit across the table from a COO, Head of Ops, or Front Office lead and translate complex technology into measurable business value.
Our platform helps investment and wealth managers, hedge funds, and private markets firms take control of their data, automate reconciliation, and simplify complex operational workflows. Now we’re expanding across EMEA — and we need a proven dealmaker to help us get there.
What You’ll Do
* Drive new business across asset management, hedge fund, and family office clients.
* Lead sophisticated sales cycles — from first conversation through to commercial close.
* Translate operational pain points (data breaks, legacy systems, regulatory friction) into powerful use cases for our technology.
* Work directly with leadership to shape our EMEA growth strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to sharpen go-to-market messaging and client engagement.
What You’ll Bring
* 6+ years of SaaS or fintech sales experience selling to the buyside (asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, or wealth platforms).
* Strong understanding of data management, operations, or middle-office technology.
* Proven track record in solution-based enterprise sales.
* Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, commercially creative, and collaborative.
* London-based (hybrid) with flexibility to travel across EMEA.
