TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a resilient and confident Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need help with regulation, engagement and positive behaviour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building trust and making a real difference.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
Support pupils in and out of class with behaviour and emotional regulation.
Use de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour strategies.
Work with teachers and pastoral staff to support individual pupils.
Help create a calm and consistent learning environment.The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in a secondary, SEMH or PRU setting.
Be calm under pressure and confident in challenging situations.
Be committed to helping pupils succeed through consistent support.How to Apply:
