Are you experienced in financial services and ready for your next step? Our client in Wimborne is looking for a Mortgage / Customer Service Consultant to provide excellent customer support and essential administrative assistance within a busy and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Support customers with online services and enquiries
Handle telephone and face-to-face queries, delivering a high standard of service
Produce reports and assist the retention team
Identify and suggest process improvements
Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA requirements
Skills & Experience:
Proven administrative and customer service experience
Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
Knowledge of mortgage or savings products advantageous
Previous experience within financial services
CeMAP qualification would be desirable
