The Role:

The Sales & Events Co-ordinator at Scotsman Group Sales Hub involves managing event bookings, sales inquiries, and client relationships across the group's venues. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, planning events, creating tailored packages, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to event execution. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, as well as attention to detail. It involves collaborating with internal teams like operations and marketing to meet sales targets and ensure successful events.

As Sales & Events Coordinator, your duties will include:

1. Coordinate and execute show rounds
2. Create and deliver proposals for clients within budget and time frame
3. Administer function agreements and deposit contracts
4. Be available as the client’s first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion, and event planning stages
5. Coordinate with the wider sales team to deliver excellent customer service and a seamless customer journey
6. Share all reservation information with the team prior to service
7. Achieve pre-booked sales targets while providing first-class service
8. Work closely with the Area Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales activities and ways of working
9. Communicate potential leads and opportunities to the Area Sales Coordinator
10. Establish and maintain good working relationships with the wider Sales Team
11. Comply with, implement, and maintain all statutory, legal, and company processes and procedures with integrity
12. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems within the role's scope

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Numerical and analytical skills
2. Influencing skills
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in Word/Excel and Microsoft Office
5. Internet and web confidence
