ROLE: Multi‑Skilled Electrical Engineer
HOURS: Full time (40 hours per week)
LOCATION: Field‑based – West Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Walsall, Wolverhampton)

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Multi‑Skilled Electrical Engineers to join our growing engineering family, delivering high‑quality maintenance services across commercial properties.
Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services to all operational assets in line with project requirements.
2. Provide a multi‑skilled maintenance service covering electrical, mechanical and building fabric disciplines, including installations and modifications as required.
3. Liaise with contractors and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical issues and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with legal and company requirements.
4. Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant using sound diagnostic and problem‑solving skills to maximise equipment availability and performance.
5. Ensure KPI and SLA compliance, complete documentation accurately and on time, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
6. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (essential).
7. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
8. Experience working within commercial properties and a strong understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation.
9. Full UK driving licence.
