ROLE: General Manager
SALARY: Competitive salary + potential for enhanced bonus based on % of bottom line profit
HOURS: Full time (average 45 hours per week)

Are you an experienced General Manager looking for a new challenge? If so, we've got the role for you and we'll help you learn everything you need to know about our Restaurant along the way. All we ask is that you come along with similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

George's Great British Kitchen is all about changing the way people enjoy and think of British food. We want to create an environment and atmosphere that will 'wow' our visitors. Somewhere that really celebrates Britishness in a fun environment, with hints of seaside and urban notes, such as our beach hut booth seating.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a fun, charismatic and enthusiastic General Manager with buckets of personality and experience in a similar fast-paced restaurant environment to join our team
