This role will lead Health & Safety across our warehouse and transport functions. Working Monday–Friday during office hours, but requiring some managerial flexibility.
Pay and Benefits: Salary up to £50,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation and GXO HSE policy through day‑to‑day site management.
* Coordinate HSE activities with local site teams.
* Provide and report statistics and performance information to management.
* Assist in internal and external audits and corrective actions.
Qualifications
* Proven health and safety management experience, ideally within logistics.
* Ability to plan and execute the H&S site agenda, including annual events, education, and awareness.
* NEBOSH certificate qualified.
* Experience in accident investigation, including full analysis and reporting.
