Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender / Barista role Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and food menus, as well as other hotel outlets and services. Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, including specialty coffees and bar beverages, in line with brand standards. Follow service standards by confidently upselling and making informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Accurately take orders, process payments, and handle guest feedback or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, complete opening and closing procedures, and ensure all equipment is properly cared for and maintained. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
