You will be responsible for managing an interesting and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing files
Building strong rapport with clients and maintaining excellent levels of client care
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with local estate agents and introducers
Maintaining high professional and compliance standards at all times
Solid experience handling a variety of residential conveyancing matters
Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office packages
