Administrator Permanent, Full Time Nr Brixworth (Fully Office Based) £25,000 per annum Are you an experienced administrator who values a calm, organised working environment? Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for a reliable and conscientious Administrator to join their close-knit Client Support Team. This role would suit someone who enjoys structured tasks, takes pride in accurate work, and appreciates being part of a small, supportive, and mature office. You'll play an important role in ensuring client instructions are processed correctly, regulatory requirements are met, and the team continues to deliver a dependable, high-quality service. Due to location you will need to be a car driver. Administrator Key Responsibilities Accurately upload client instructions and documentation to the internal system. Handle day-to-day queries from clients and field agents with professionalism and clarity. Review, amend, and quality-check field agent reports before issuing them to clients. Act as the first point of contact for operational telephone enquiries. Ensure all reporting is completed within agreed service level timeframes. Provide administrative support to Team Managers and Senior Managers as needed. Assist with complaint handling in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines. Maintain compliance with Data Protection legislation and internal procedures. Administrator About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills. The ability to manage queries calmly and liaise with a range of stakeholders. A steady, proactive, and flexible approach to your workload. Competence with Microsoft Office and confidence using internal systems. Previous experience within financial services, compliance, or another regulated environment is helpful but not essential, full training will be provided.
