Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Adherence to management systems and controls
2. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and product providers and attend regular operational meetings, all with a high degree of professionalism.
3. Supports advisers with various administrative tasks
4. Act as a point of contact for clients in the adviser’s absence and book all client meetings
5. Process change of agency and LOAs, updating XPLAN accordingly
