Design Project Manager - Hybrid near Sheffield - Initial 6 Month Contract - Leading Organistaion Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Project Manager to join our large-scale programme team. This role is critical in managing a high volume of deliverable within tight deadlines, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure and connectivity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver complex design-related deliverable on schedule. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. Take full accountability for project delivery and outcomes. Review and manage MS Project Plans, including resource planning. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project life cycle. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams within a large programme environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Support conflict resolution and problem-solving within the team. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and connectivity. Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills. Effective stakeholder engagement and communication abilities. Experience with risk and issue management. Proficiency in MS Project and resource planning. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desirable Skills: Experience working with global and distributed teams. Familiarity with PAM (Privileged Access Management) tools. Background in architecture or design teams. Experience managing projects using JIRA, including JIRA Plans.
