🏡 Land Acquisition Support
* Deliver market research to guide land purchases
* Advise on product type, mix, spec based on location & demand
* Support land appraisals with competitor/market analysis
📈 Sales & Marketing Strategy
* Create/lead marketing & sales launch plans for new developments
* Set and achieve strong sales rates
* Maximise revenue with minimal discounting
* Oversee advertising, branding, digital (web), and show home design

* Drive customer-centric service
* Monitor satisfaction metrics and proactively improve service
* Champion a positive sales team culture
