The Opportunity
As National Account Manager

you'll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and driving performance across major national retail accounts. You'll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team where innovation, agility, and ambition are the norm—not the exception.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow relationships with key national retail partners
* Develop and execute account plans to drive sales and profitability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage promotional planning
* Provide insight and analysis to inform strategic decisions
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing national retail accounts (FMCG or health food sector preferred)
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Based within reach of Stoke-on-Trent, with flexibility for hybrid working
