What you’ll be doing:
As part of our Building Surveying & Project Management team, you’ll get hands-on experience across projects of all sizes and sectors, including public, military, education, commercial, and residential. Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking surveys, including measured surveys, on new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
* Preparing project documentation, specifications, and tender packages.
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
* Monitoring construction works, managing budgets, and assisting Project Managers on-site.
* Learning to use tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS to deliver high-quality, accurate project outputs.
Who we’re looking for:
* Building Surveying degree (essential).
* Well-developed design, specification, contract administration, and project management skills.
* Proactive, organised, commercially aware, with strong communication skills.
* Full driving license.
* Experience with AutoCAD and NBS is a plus, but not essential – training provided!
