The Role
To support, lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets and to run shifts unsupervised, achieving the following daily:
* excellent customer service
* serving food and drinks to the correct specification
* maintaining a clean, safe and legal workplace
* adhering to Wetherspoon's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies

* Demonstrate leadership qualities.
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, ensuring smooth shift operation.
* Know how and when to delegate tasks and provide positive feedback.
* Show passion and enthusiasm and commitment to colleagues and the pub.
* Have friendly nature and good communication skills.
* Be honest, trustworthy and respectful.
* Remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon's appearance standards.
